Steve Bruneau

STEPHEN L. BRUNEAU, CLU, CFP ® entered the investment business in March of 1974.  A graduate of Weston High School, he is also a National Honor Society graduate of Tufts University.  Mr. Bruneau is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter, and he is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. as both a Series 7 stockbroker and a Series 24 Registered Principal through Ameritas Investment Corp.(AIC).  Over the years he has taught dozens of courses where other professionals get Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.  He was the founding principal of Boston 128 Companies Inc. in 1985.  Mr. Bruneau focuses on the creative design and implementation of various executive perk plans such as non-qualified deferred compensation, 401(k) Look-a-Like plans and other tax advantaged wealth accumulation plans for business owners and key personnel.  He also has a strong background in family gift and estate planning from an investment and insurance perspective. 

A lifelong resident of Weston, Mr. Bruneau currently resides there with his wife and four children.  Over the years he has been active in coaching several sports, various charities and has served as the president of the Weston Boosters, Inc., a non-profit, youth charitable organization.

Michael Archambault

Vice President

Mike began his career over a decade ago at Northwestern Mutual where he was recognized for consistent and superior performance over a three year period.  In 2007, Mike was named Vice President of Boston 128 Companies.  He focuses on wealth management, retirement income planning and tax-advantaged savings plans for individuals and small business owners.  

Mike understands that his clients work very hard to create wealth and firmly believes that it deserves to be managed and protected in the most strategic and tax-advantaged ways possible.  Too many hard-earned dollars are lost to taxes due to a lack of knowledge and understanding.  Mike makes it his mission to arm his clients with the necessary information to empower them and their financial portfolios.

Mike is a National Honor Society graduate from Boston College and holds a B.A. in Economics.  He also holds Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses and is a registered investment advisor allowing him the ability to customize and implement fee-based investment strategies for his clients.  Additionally, Mike is fully licensed for life insurance, disability income insurance, and long-term care insurance.

Mike has earned exclusive membership into the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT), an organization representing the world's top 1% of financial advisors who possess the highest level of ethics, knowledge, service and productivity.  In 2014, Mike achieved "Court of the Table" status recognizing him as a top producer within the MDRT membership.  

Mike grew up in Weston, Massachusetts, and currently resides in Sudbury, Massachusetts, with his wife, Caroline, and two daughters, Leah and Taylor.

Daniel J. Galli


Dan Galli is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner and Principal of Daniel J. Galli & Associates located in Norwell, MA.  Dan began his financial services career as well as his affiliation with Boston 128 Companies in 1986.  He has built a practice that includes a wide range of products and advisory services, including both fee-based financial planning and commission based strategies.  Today Dan focuses on retirement planning for professionals, small business owners, teachers and other individuals; designing qualified retirement plans, maximizing savings and managing assets.  Dan is a registered representative of Ameritas Investment Corp. with FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 registrations.

Dan also works with PFE Advisors, LLC, of Southborough, MA traveling nationally providing educational workshops for employees of companies such as PepsiCo, Analogic, Axcelis, FM Global, The MathWorks, CRICO, MasterCard, AARP, Northern Trust and others. 

From 1997 to 2005, he served as an adjunct faculty member on the staff of Northeastern University in Boston, teaching courses in their CFP® program on Retirement Planning and Employee Benefits as well as Insurance and Financial Planning.  In 2005, he joined the adjunct faculty at Boston University, teaching FP105 Retirement Planning and Employee Benefits as well as portions of the FP 110, BU's CFP® Capstone Course to prepare students for the national CFP® Comprehensive Examination.  He is also a contributing author and editor for the Retirement Planning and Employee Benefit sections of Boston University's on-line Financial Planning course.  Dan also teaches the live on-line CFP  ®  Retirement Planning course for Boston University's on-line program.

Dan has been a contributing writer to Jack Keir, Inc. a provider of educational materials for CFP® study.  He has been featured in the   Boston Sunday Herald   as part of their Money Makeover series on individual financial planning and has been quoted in the   Boston Globe   and   Boston Herald   as well as other major publications.  In conjunction with the Financial Planning Association of MA, Dan has coordinated and participated in on-line Personal Financial Chats for The Boston Globe's website,

Dan is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Planning Association of MA. where he coordinates the FPA pro bono financial planning for the Massachusetts National Guard and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.  Dan also is member of the Massachusetts Financial Education Collaborative (MFEC), an organization dedicated to promoting financial literacy to underserved groups.

Dan was recently listed as a Five Star Wealth Manager by   Boston Magazine  , February, 2011. 

Dan holds a B.S. from Boston University and an M.Ed from Bridgewater State College. He taught professionally for 11 years prior to beginning his financial services career.  Dan is also a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant as well as a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner.  He lives in Marshfield, MA with his wife Louise and has two grown children.

Thomas W. Alspaugh


Thomas Alspaugh has been in the financial services field since 1975.  He earned his MBA from Boston University, concentrating in finance.  In 1989 he was one of the first people to focus on the emerging long term care insurance field and has taught other agents in the field and in the classroom.  In 1994 he joined Boston 128 Companies to found and head up their Long Term Care Department.  Under Tom's direction, Boston 128 Companies Inc. has attempted to maintain licensure with all the major Long Term Care carriers available in Massachusetts.  In a rapidly changing marketplace, our up-to-date experience can help consumers compare and contrast contracts, arriving at the best value for their individual situation.  Tom is a registered representative of Ameritas Investment Corporation (AIC).
